These terms govern general use of vallumier.com and the linked ring builder. Purchases, custom production, cancellation, delivery, resizing, returns and faults are governed by the separate Terms of Service and Sale, which control if the documents differ. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across both parts of the shopping journey. No website term limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Information and availability
We work to keep descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate, but errors can occur. A product listing is an invitation to place an order; acceptance and the agreed specifications are handled under the Terms of Service and Sale. Digital images and previews can vary with screen settings and may not show exact scale or the appearance of the particular stone. Check the product information and your order confirmation before approving a custom design.
3. Permitted use
You may browse and use the website for lawful personal shopping. Do not interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access or use it to infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address misuse or security concerns, without affecting an accepted order or statutory rights.
4. Intellectual property and submissions
We own or license the website content, photographs, branding and original designs unless stated otherwise. You may share an ordinary link to the site, but must not commercially reproduce protected material without permission. You retain rights in your own sketches, photographs, text and designs supplied to us. Supply only material that you are entitled to use. A separate licence or ownership arrangement for a bespoke design must be expressly agreed with you; submitting an enquiry does not transfer your rights.
If you submit a public review, you permit us to display and moderate it in connection with the business, subject to law. Avoid including another person's private information. We will seek any consent required before using your identifiable likeness, private correspondence, proposal story or custom commission images in marketing.
5. Links and service providers
The ring builder may appear within our Shopify website while being served from a separate domain. Checkout and other services may be provided by third parties with their own terms and notices. Queensland law applies, subject to mandatory protections and any court or tribunal lawfully available to you.
